- Filament Amount & Cost: Measures how much raw physical plastic your model uses. The engine calculates the material component via (Grams × Cost per kg / 1000) and incorporates your custom flat Shipping Cost directly into the final material line item[cite: 1].
- Print Time & Power Allocation: Accounts for machine usage and electrical grid consumption. The sub-calculator determines your baseline machine burn rate via (Printer Watts / 1000) × Electricity Cost per kWh to determine a clean hourly factor, which is multiplied instantly by total runtime hours.
- Design & Labor Amortization: If Batch Production Mode is disabled, upfront engineering and physical prep labor costs are applied entirely to a single invoice[cite: 1]. When enabled, upfront engineering fees and machine setup hours are split evenly across your Expected Sales Volume.
